摘要
目的探付退变性腰椎滑脱的病因和CT诊断价值。方法回顾性分折了50例退变性腰椎滑脱的CT表现、好发部位及其原因。结果滑椎下缘相邻间盘均显示有“假性间盘脱出”征,椎间盘及椎小关节退变,椎小关节半脱位,硬膜囊受压。结论椎间盘及椎小关节退变及韧带的松弛是本病的重要的诱因,CT不仅能诊断退变性腰椎滑脱症,还能显示硬膜囊和神经根的改变。
Objective To study the cause of lumbar degenera tive spondylolisthesis and the valu e of CT diagnosis.Methods The CT findings,most common locations and the cause of lumbar degenerative spodylolisthesis were retrospectively analysed in 50cases.Results The false bulginese of the intervertebral discs adjacent to inferior edge of the olithy vertebras were showed in all cases,degeneration of the lumbar discs and facet joints,parti al dislocation of the lumbar facet jo ints and dural sacs compression were present.Conclusion Degen-eration of the lumbar discs and facet joints,and relaxation of ligament a re the important causes of this disorder.CT can not only diagnose lumbar degenerative spondylolisth esis but can show the changes of dural sacs and nerve roots.[
