摘要
目的探讨CT在壶腹部肿瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾分析29例经手术和病理确诊为壶腹部肿瘤的CT表现和临床资料。结果胰头癌20例,胆管癌6例,壶腹癌3例。上述3种肿瘤具有不同的CT征象。结论CT检查不仅能发现三种疾病的共性,还能根据各自的特征进行鉴别诊断。
Objective To assess the value of computed tomog raphy(CT)in the diagnosis of tumors arising fr om Vater' s ampulla and periampullary region.Methods Twenty -nine patients with surgically and pathologically proved ampullary and periampullary tumor under-went CT plain Scans of the abdomen,CT findings of the tumors in all patient s were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among 29patients with ampullary and periampullary tumor,20cases were pancreatic head carcin oma,6cases were cholangiocarcinom a,and 3cases were ampullary carcinoma.Above three kinds of tumo rs were found to have different CT sig ns.Conclusion CT can not only reveal the similariti es between above 3kinds of tumors but can differentiate one tumor from another tumor through their CT features.[
