摘要
本文记述了硼、氮对合成金刚石过程及其晶体性质所产生的影响;对硼、氮在晶体中的存在形式及其特征进行了分析;探索了含硼、氮金刚石的合成机理。
This paper summarizes the synthesis of B-N-bearing diamond in following aspects:the influence ofboron and nitrogen on the synthesis process and on crystal habits;forms and characteristics of boronand nitrogen in the crystals:and the mechanism of the diamond synthesis.
