摘要
综合国力的竞争就是人才的竞争 ,图书馆作为知识的宝库 ,在人才培养中可以发挥重要的作用。为适应市场经济对现代人才的需要 ,图书馆在人才培养中应有新的对策。
In order to fit the demand of market economy to modern talented persons the library should have new countermeasures in training talented persons.
