摘要
建筑业与法律存在密切联系 ,具体体现在建筑业需要法律调整和规范 ,建筑法律知识是建筑专业知识的重要组成部分 ,建筑科学与法律科学具有相互弥补的需要 ,加入WTO的形势及国际建筑市场对复合型人才的需要 ,使法律基础课教学的加强成为必要。
Architectural industry maintains close link with law,as includes following aspects: architectural industry must be adjusted and regulated by law; knowledge of architectural law is important component part of architectural knowledge; it is necessary to compensate each other between architecture and law; the situation of entering WTO and international architectural market require compounded talent. All of these make it necessary to enhance the foundation courses of law
