摘要
以盐水溶液为成孔剂 ,配制聚砜、二甲基乙酰胺 /盐水溶液组成的铸膜液纺成中空纤维膜 ,对铸膜液流变性能和中空纤维膜的超滤性能进行了测试与分析 ,并与常用的有机聚合物成孔剂———聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙二醇等铸膜液体系以及所纺中空纤维超滤膜的性能进行了比较 .由此得出 。
By taking brine solution as the pore-forming agent, the rheological property of cast membrane solution, which consists of polysulfone and DMA/brine solution, is studied in this paper. The ultrafiltration property of the hollow fiber membrane there of prepared is tested and analysed also.In addition, a comparison of the membrane with those prepared by using an organic compound such as PVP or PEG as the pore-forming agent is made. The results show that the brine is an excellent pore-forming agent.
