摘要
以日本HORIBA公司的EMIA - 82 0 0H碳硫仪为分析仪器 ,通过对燃烧条件、空白和试样污染、仪器稳定性和量值传递等相关因素的选择试验 ,建立了钢中超低碳硫分析方法。方法精密度和准确度符合ISO标准要求 ,检测下限为 1ppm ,10分钟内可发出报告 。
Through the experiment about burning, blank, sample pollution and transmission of quantity valne, we build the analysis method about ultra-low carborn sulphur in steel. It meets the requirement of ISO and production.
