摘要
目的 :推介穴位埋线疗法及其在癫痫中的应用。方法 :从源流、常用器具、选穴特点、操作方法、适应症、禁忌证、注意事项等方面回顾穴位埋线疗法 ,并用安定液浸泡的羊肠线进行辨证选穴埋线 ,治疗癫痫 16 0例 (治疗组 ) ,并与传统针刺治疗 130例 (对照组 )进行对比。结果 :治疗组总有效率 89 4 % ,对照组 77 7% ,两组比较差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :穴位埋线疗法治疗癫痫具有独特的优势 ,可在癫痫等疑难病症的治疗中推广应用。
Purpose:To introduce acupoint catgut embedding therapy and its application in the treatment of epilepsy. Methods: To introduce the acupoint catgut embedding therapy by reviewing the commonly used apparatus,characteristics of selecting acupoints,application methods,indications,contraindications,and cautions.To apply acupoint embedding therapy with diazepam injectio immersed catgut for 160 cases of epilepsy(treatment group)and traditional acupuncture was used for treatment of 130 cases (control group),and their therapeutic effects were compared. Results: The total effective rate was 89 4% in the treatment group and 77 7% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups ( P <0 01). Conclusion: Acupoint embedding therapy has a unique advantage in treating epilepsy,it deserves wide application in the treatment of intractable diseases ie epilepsy.
