Study on Catalyst and Process Conditions of 1,4-Butanediol Dehydration for Producing Tetrahydrofuran-Gas Phase Method

摘要 考察了 1,4-丁二醇气相脱水环化制四氢呋喃的几种催化剂H -Y分子筛、 χ -氧化铝以及汽化和反应工艺条件。结果表明该反应的适宜条件为 :温度 2 80~ 3 2 0℃ ,压力 0 .1MPa ,液时空速≤ 2 0 0h-1,氢醇摩尔比为 0 .3。催化剂稳定性试验表明 :每克催化剂可处理原料 140kg以上 ,原料转化率可达 98 9% ,四氢呋喃选择性≥ 99%。该方法与传统糠醛法相比具有设备投资小、四氢呋喃收率高、质量好。 H-Y zeolite?χ-Al 2O 3 used in 1,4-butanediol dehydration for producing tetrahydrofuran,and the vaporizing and reaction conditions have been studied.It was found that the optimum reduction conditions are raising the temperature to 280~320?℃,the pressure of 0.1?MPa,liquid hour space speed(LHSV) of ≤230?h -1 and hydrogen/1,4-butanediol molar ratio of 0.3∶1.It was verified that the stability of catalyst was well by running.More than 140?kg 1,4-butanediol is reacted by one grame catalyst.The convension of 1.4-butanediol is almost 100%,the selectivity of tetrahydrofuran is equal or more than 99%.The process has many advantages,e.g.,lower investment and consumption of catalyst?high yield and quality product.
