储层保护技术在渤海油田开发中的应用 被引量:20

APPLICATION OF RESERVOIR PROTECTION TECHNIQUES TO OILFIELD DEVELOPMENT IN BOHAI SEA

摘要 对储层保护技术在渤海SZ36-1和QHD32-6油田开发中的应用进行了总结.SZ36-1和QHD32-6油田油层埋藏浅、压力较低,原油为稠油,储层孔隙度高、渗透率高、胶结疏松、成岩性差.因此,钻井和开发过程中,各种工作液极易侵入储层,从而造成对储层的伤害,为此开展了储层保护技术及与其配套的钻井措施研究.在大量室内研究的基础上提出了屏蔽暂堵技术方案,将屏蔽暂堵储层保护技术与目前渤海的优快钻井技术密切地结合起来;通过试验井证实了储层保护方案的可操作性和可靠性,然后在SZ36-1、QHD32-6油田推广应用并取得了很好的效果.实践证明,屏蔽暂堵技术是目前对渤海高渗、低压、稠油油田实施储层保护的一项行之有效的技术.该项技术在SZ36-1、QHD32-6油田的成功应用,为渤海同类油田今后的有效开发提供了经验. The application of reservoir protection techniques to SZ361 and QHD326 oilfield is reviewed in this paper. In the two oilfields, the shallow and low_pressured reservoirs are high in porosity and permeability and poor in consolidation, with viscous oil produced. Those reservoirs are easy to be penetrated by various working fluids during drilling and development and may be damaged. Therefore, the reservoir protection techniques and associated drilling measures are studied in laboratory, by which a technical scheme of shielded temporary plugging is proposed and can be closely combined with current good_rapid drilling techniques in Bohai Sea. This scheme of reservoir protection has proved to be operational and reliable in experimental wells, and good results have been obtained from its application to SZ311 and QHD326 fields. It is indicated that the technique of shielded temporary plugging is quite effective for reservoir protection of viscous oil fields with high permeability and low pressure in Bohai Sea. The successful application of this technique to SZ361 and QHD326 fields has provide useful experiences for future development of similar oilfields.
