摘要
纳米碳酸钙作为一种增韧、增强材料 ,广泛用于橡胶、塑料中 ,可降低制品成本。采用鼓泡碳化法 ,在最佳反应温度、反应物浓度、气体流量的条件下 ,考察了不同添加剂对产物形状及粒径大小的影响 ,得到了粒径小于 1 0 0 nm且分散性能良好的球状、针状、短链状及六角板状纳米碳酸钙。XRD结果表明 ,干燥后得到的产物为方解石晶型。
Nano-CaCO 3 is a kind of additive that can be used to strengthen and toughen rubber and plastics with lower production cost.In this study,additives were used to control the size and shape of CaCO 3.Needle,sphere,short chain and hexangular plate like nanometer CaCO 3 were synthesized by introducing CO 2 to lime suspension under optimum condition.The products showed a high dispersibility and were a calcite structure confirmed by XRD experiment.
