摘要
针对磨矿分级过程复杂特点 ,引入预测控制中DMC算法 ,即采用不断的在线滚动优化 ,并在优化过程中利用实测信息不断进行反馈校正 ,因而在一定程度上克服了不确定性的影响 ,增强了控制的鲁棒性 .
A computer control algorithm - Dynamic Matrix Control, which is one kind of the predictive control, is employed in grinding and classification to meet the highly complex process. It takes incessantly online roll optimization using the measured data and executing feedback rectification so as to reduce the influence of indefinite factors to a great degree . As a result, robustness of the system is improved . This algorithm has made great success in the simulation study on the control of overflow concentration in the classifier .
