摘要
根据瓮福磷矿的性质 ,采用反浮选工艺处理胶磷矿 ,用反浮选高效抑制剂W 98作为磷矿的抑制剂 ,来抑制磷矿物而浮白云石等脉石 ,从原矿P2 O5品位为 2 7.3 3 % ,MgO为 6.1 9%中 ,获得了磷精矿P2 O5品位为 3 7.3 4 %、MgO为 0 .73 %、回收率 92 .3
In the investigation, phosphate ore of Wengfu phosphate mine was carried on by single reverse flotation according to the natures of phosphate ore. In the process W-98 was used as depressor. The concentrate of P 2O 5 37.34%?MgO 0.73% had been obtained from phosphate ore containing P 2O 5 27.33 %?MgO 6.19% respectively.A recovery of 92.39% P 2O 5 could be reached.
