摘要
科学技术进步对中国海洋石油工业发展起到了巨大的推动作用.在"引进、集成、应用、创新"的技术发展策略指引下,中国海油坚持对外合作,在引进大量资金和先进管理方法的同时,也引进并发展了海洋石油勘探开发高新技术.我国海洋石油开发领域油藏描述、钻井、完井、碳化、采油及海洋工程等方面大批高新技术的广泛应用,为提高经济效益,实现海上油田高速有效开采奠定了坚实的基础.
The offshore petroleum industry in China has been greatly propelled by advances of sciences and technology. Guided by the technology development strategy of 'introduction, integration, application and innovation', CNOOC has introduced and developed high and new technology for offshore petroleum exploration and development, while absorbing a great deal of foreign capital and advanced management by keeping up cooperation with foreign companies. Large numbers of high and new technologies in reservoir description, drilling, completion, acidization, oil recovery and offshore engineering, have been widely used in China offshore petroleum development, laying a solid foundation for improving economics and ensuring rapid and efficient production of offshore oilfields.
