摘要
目的 :探讨不同抗生素对慢性淋菌性前列腺炎的治疗效果。方法 :将107例慢性淋菌性前列腺炎患者随机分成4组 ,分别给予口服氟嗪酸 (A组 )、美满霉素 (B组 )、利福平 (C组 )、交沙霉素 (D组 )治疗 ,疗程14天。运用药物经济学的成本 -效果分析方法进行评价。结果 :4种方案的总成本依次为544 48元、680 62元、500 80元、568 56元 ,总有效率分别为85 7 %、84 6%、63 0 %、65 4 %。结论
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the therapeutic effectiveness of different antibiotics for chronic gonococcal prostatitis METHODS: 107 patients with chronic gonococcal prostatitis were randomly divided into 4 groups Different schemes of oral antibiotics were given for 14 days:A:Tarivid(Ofloxacin),B:Minocin,C:Rifampicin,D:Josamycin RESULTS:The costs of A,B,C,D schemes were RMB 544 48 yuans,680 62 yuans,500 80 yuans and 568 56 yuans and the effective rates were 85 7%,84 6%,63 0% and 65 4%,respectively CONCLUSION:Scheme A is the best one
