摘要
目的 :研究涤痰化瘀汤药物血清诱导人食管癌Eca - 1 0 9细胞凋亡作用。方法 :采用MTT法测定细胞生长抑制率 ,通过流式细胞仪 (AnnexinⅤ检测 )、电镜观察凋亡细胞。结果 :涤痰化瘀汤药物血清能明显抑制人食道癌Eca - 1 0 9细胞生长 ,AnnexinⅤ检测及电镜观察结果均表明药物血清能诱导人食管癌Eca - 1 0 9细胞凋亡。结论 :涤痰化瘀汤能诱导人食管癌Eca- 1 0 9细胞凋亡 。
Objective To observe the pharmacological serum of Ditan Huayu Decoction in inducing apoptosis of Eca-109 cells.Method The effect of the pharmacological serum of Ditan Huayu Decoction on inducing apoptosis of Eca-109 cells were investigated with the help of flow cytometry,electron microscope.Result The pharmacological serum of Ditan Huayu Decoction can obviously induce the apoptosis of Eca-109 cells,and inhibit the growth of Eca-109 cells.Conclusion Ditan Huayu Decoction can induce Eca-109 cells apoptosis.\;
