摘要
针对节流理论分析射流管阀压力特性时理论与试验相差较大的问题 ,用射流动力学原理分析了射流管阀工作过程 ,研究了节流理论在分析射流管阀时的适用条件 ,提出了用气流半径代替射流管内径的修正方法 ,给出了计算气流半径的公式 。
The paper discusses the sizable difference between the theory results and measured ones for the pressure characteristics under the condition of a high supply pressure, when the pressure characteristics of the jet pipe valve are still analyezed by the theory of flow conductance. The working process of the jet pipe valve is analyzed and the reasonability and applicability of the flow conductance theory for the jet pipe valve are studied according to the jet flow dynamics. the inside radius of the jet pipe is replaced of the flow radius in the theory of flow conductance. The formulae of the flow radius are given. The pressure characteristics of the jet pipe valve are derived by the mass constant principle of the jet pipe flow and the conception about a gas density changeable coefficient is introduced. It been shown that the revised characteristics agree more with the experiment results under the condition of high pressure.
