摘要
城市生活垃圾前分选技术是垃圾综合处理工艺的关键。由于每种分选法只能分选出一种或几种垃圾组分,故采用集各单一分选法优点于一体的组合分选方法。包括选择性破碎分选、初选与人工手选、磁选、差速式破碎分选和物料自动输送线。为实现垃圾前分选处理工厂化和尽可能的自动化,针对前分选的设备较多,工艺路线很长,流水线式的工作特点,以人机协同方式,采用可编程控制器实现对整个生产线的自动按序控制。而对输送线的头部鳞板输送机则以负反馈方式完成其自动测控。
The preceding separating technology for MSW treatment is the key of integrative processing technology for multipurpose municipal solid waste (MSW). Aiming at the disadvantage that a solid waste was only classified with single separation method, the combinatorial separation method that integrated advantages for all kind of single separation methods was introduced. The combinatorial separation include selective fragmentized separation, primary election and manual election, magnetic separation, difference speed fragmentized separation and auto-transmission line of MSW. On account of working characteristics of preceding separation such as many devices, long processing line and pipelining etc., auto-in-order control of MSW processing line was realized with micro-programmable controller at human machine concurrent mode. The auto test and control of transmission device in forepart of the line was accomplished with feedback mode, the factory automation of the preceding separation processing for MSW was realized.
