摘要
以 NH2 OH· HCl- H2 O2 为引发剂 ,使壳聚糖与丙烯腈 (AN)接枝共聚合 ,利用正交实验设计法 ,研究了壳聚糖与引发剂的配比、壳聚糖与丙烯腈的配比、反应时间及反应温度对接枝率和接枝效率的影响。结果表明 ,接枝共聚反应的最佳反应条件为 :chitosan/ H2 O2 (ω/ω) =8,chitosan/ NH2 OH· HCl(ω/ω) =14 ,AN / chitosan(ω/ω) =3.5 ,反应温度 35℃ ,反应时间 4 .5 h。在此条件下 ,接枝率为 185 .96 % ,接枝效率为 77.87%。
The graft copolymerization of acrylonitrile(AN) onto chitosan was prepared using NH 2OH·HCl H 2O 2 as initiator. The orthogonal design was employed to study the influences such as the ratio of chitosan and initiator, the ratio of chitosan and acrylonitrile, reaction time and temperature. The results showed that the optimum process conditions were as follow: chitosan/H 2O 2(ω/ω)=8,chitosan/NH 2OH·HCl(ω/ω)=14,AN/chitosan(ω/ω)=3.5,reaction time 4.5 h,temperature 35 ℃. The grafting(G %) and graft efficiency(E %) were obtained 185.96 %,77.87 % respectively under the optimum process conditions.
