探讨了水利水电工程景观及视觉影响评价的概念,以图表的形式总结出水利水电工程景观及视觉影响评价的内容与程序。提出了水利水电工程景观及视觉影响评价的方法———水利水电工程景观及视觉影响权重综合评价法,其中包括评价因子及权值的确定、计算方法及评价分级标准等。
