摘要
提出了一种不同于现有的反应铸造工艺的一种新工艺,一方面通过试验制备得到TiC/Fe复合材料;另一方面结合制备过程温度场的测试结果,通过对合金液中原位合成TiC高温化学反应的热力学计算与分析,从理论上验证了本工艺方法的可行性。同时,也为控制过程提供理论指导。
A new technique which is different from the present technique for reactioncasting was put forward .Using the technique,TiC/Fe composite was synthesized.Moreover,according to both of the results of the temperature fields,and the thermodynamical calculation and analysis of the hightemperature chemical reaction which insitu synthesis of TiC,the feasibility of the technique was verified theoretically.At the same time,the results could be applicable to control the synthesis process too.
