摘要
分析了包钢钢联股份有限公司无缝钢管厂Φ400mm自动轧管机组二次穿孔机改造后钢管壁厚精度的改善情况,分析结果表明,采取加长轧辊长度和顶头辗轧带长度等措施,有利于提高钢管的壁厚精度。
Analyzed in the paper is the tube wall thickness accuracy improvement as a result of modification of the second-piercing mill of the Φ400 mm plug pipe plant located at the seamless steel tube plant of Baogang I & S United Corp. It is concluded that taking such actions as increasing both the roll length and plug rolling zone will be helpful in heightening wall thickness accuracy of the tube.
