摘要
多头立式泥沙磨损试验机对泥沙浓度、冲击角和材料种类性质的变化敏感 ,对磨损时间不敏感 ,有良好的实验灵敏度 ,对材料的适用面宽 .推荐实验参数为 :泥沙的质量分数 70 %、磨损面冲击角 3 0°、磨损时间 60 min,采用中砂 .研究证明 ,该试验机能模拟疏浚工况 。
The sand slurry abrasion tester with vertical multi clamps is sensitive to the variations in sand slurry concentration, impact angle of wear surface, materials and their properties, but not sensitive to the experimentation time. The tester has a good sensitivity, and can be widely used in wear resistance assessments of engineering materials. The recommendable test parameters are sand slurry concentration 70wt%(with middle sand), impact angle 30° and wear time 60 min. The results show that the tester can simulate the dredge conditions correctly. The developed materials through the sand slurry abrasion test have been successfully put into practice in the shell of dredging pump and the cutter piece.
