摘要
通过对高新技术中小企业融资的博弈分析 ,可得出结论 :在不完全信息条件下 ,高新技术中小企业可充分利用其融资的智力资源及信息优势 ,形成其成功的融资对策。
Through the game study of small and medium-sized high&new tech industries, we come to a conclusion that in the condition of incomplete information, the small and medium-sized high&new tech industries can fully utilize the intelligent resources and information advantage in financing in order to form the successful financing countermeasures.
