沸石滤料曝气生物滤池去除COD和氨氮 被引量:63

摘要 利用自行研制的沸石滤料曝气生物滤池 (ZBAF)装置处理生活污水的中试结果表明 ,水力负荷对氨氮去除率的影响比对COD和浊度去除率的影响大得多。当水力负荷由 1.1m h增加到 4 .4m h时 ,COD去除率仅降低 2 6 .9% ,而对氨氮的去除率降低 5 2 .5 % ;处于最佳水力负荷(2 .2m h)时对COD、氨氮和浊度的去除率分别可达 73.9%、88.4 %和 96 .2 % ;COD负荷在 11kg (m3 ·d)以内变化对氨氮的去除率影响不明显。 A pilot scale zeolite media biological aerated filter (ZBAF) was designed and used to treat municipal wastewater. The experimental results showed that hydraulic load has much greater effect on removal rate of ammonia nitrogen than on COD and turbidity removal. When hydraulic load is increased from 1.1 m/h to 4.4 m/h, COD removal rate is decreased only by 26.9%, and ammonia nitrogen removal rate is lowered by 52.5%; at the optimal hydraulic rate (2.2 m/h), the removal rate of COD , ammonia nitrogen and turbidity comes up to 73.9%, 88.4% and 96.2% respectively; the variation of COD loading rate in the range of 11 kg/(m 3·d) has not evident effect on the removal of ammonia nitrogen.
