摘要
中国封建时代选拔人才使用的考试形式 ,只有策、论二体自始至终沿用不绝 ,历久不衰。这是因为其考核的内容极其广泛而具体 ,并与统治者通过考试选拔人才的根本目的相一致。近年公务员录用考试采用了“申论”的笔试科目 ,可视为策论文体在 2 1世纪获得了新的生命力。
Among all the examination styles that were used to select personnel of talents in China's feudal society, only the form of Ce-Lun was used throughout all ages and survived the history, because they enabled examinations with wider and more concrete contents and because they were conformed with the rulers' fundamental purpose to select personnel of talents through examinations. The written test of the recent Civil Servant Employment Examination saw the adoption of the form of Shen-lun, which can be regarded as the resurrection of the examination style of Ce-Lun in the 21st century.
