Training load control is studied in modern pentathlon during altitude training by physiological and biochemical indexes. The result shows that during altitude training, hemoglobin concentration significantly increases. After adaptive training, hemoglobin concentration keeps up increasing steadily for 3 weeks at the beginning of altitude training, while blood urea concentration remains constant. Urea concentration is related only with training. Physiological and biochemical indexes show the pentathlete's states of adaptability and recovery, and explore the laws of altitude training and improve its efficiency.g of altitude training, while blood urea concentrationremains constant.Urea concentration is related only with training.Physiological and biochemicalindexes show the pentathlete's states of adaptability and recovery, and explore the laws of altitudetraining and improve its efficiency.Key Words altitude training;modern pentathlo
