摘要
分析了磁悬浮系统的机械耦合问题 ,给出了磁悬浮系统在三维空间的机械耦合的计算方法 ,讨论了各参数对机械耦合的影响。
The paper analyzes the problem of mechanical coupling in a magnetic suspended spindle system, deduces the formula for calculating mechanical coupling in a magnetic suspended spindle system in three dimensions. The influences on mechanical coupling of several structural parameters are illustrated. The paper also discussed the advantages and disadvantages of direct measurement and differential measurement of displacement of the spindle axes. A kind of method of calculating displacement of the spindle axes was introduced.
