摘要
高分辨CT可清晰显示肺部的细微改变,近年被尝试用于研究支气管哮喘(哮喘)时的肺部改变。本文就高分辨CT用于评估哮喘气道炎症、肺功能及气道重构的研究作一综述,提示高分辨CT是一种前所未有的可直接显示哮喘患者肺部细微结构的检查方法。
