利用计算机技术、网络技术、数据库技术和网络计划技术可以实现在项目计划的制定和实施过程中现代化管理，它为项目计划管理走向规范化、网络化，经济化管理模式起到推动作用。
In applying computer technology,network technology,database technology and network-planning technology to the modern management of making and realizing a project plan, the network-planning technology makes the project planning management more normal,and more economic.
