摘要
目的：改进部分喉切除术后喉腔修复方式，更好地恢复喉的通气、发声及吞咽功能。方法：为131例喉癌患者施行部分喉切除术，采用颈前带蒂皮瓣整复腔。结果：喉的呼吸、发声及吞咽功能恢复良好。结论：部分喉切除术后，颈前带蒂皮瓣整复喉腔是目前最佳选择。
Objective: To improve the repair pattern of defect following partial laryngectomy and the function of breathing phonating and swallowing. Methods: Partial laryngectomy was performed in 131 cases of carcinorma of larynx with laryngeal defect repaired by pedicled precervical skin flap. Results: The laryngeal function of breathing thonating and swallowing were recovered well. Conclusion: Repairing defect with pedicled precervical skin flap is the first choice following partial laryngectomy.
