摘要
全球数字地震台网所积累的大量地震波资料已经成为研究地震活动性、震源机制、地壳上地幔结构等最基本的数据源。为了使用全球数字地震台网事件带,必须了解其文件类型和内容以及数据格式。本文介绍了上述有关情况。特别是本文介绍了全球数字地震台网事件带中所包含的新的数据格式,弥补了这方面资料的不足。
A large number of seismic data are accumulated by the Global Digifftl Seis-mograph Network (GDSN), and they presented in 'Event Tape'to seismologists allover the world. This paper explains in detail its types, component parts, and itsdata formats. The purpose here is to make some seismologists in out country tobe familiar with the data. The description of the paper may be helpful to thosewho are difficult in dealing with them.
