摘要
根据面波传播理论分別导出了对763长周期仪和SK地震仪的面波震级的量规函数σ_(763)(△)和σ_(SK)(△)。这两个量规函数在20°—160°的范围内,与国际上通用的IASPEI公式一致。而且它们比IASPEI公式具有更大的震中距适用范围(3°—177°)。选出了1985—1986年间发生在我国及邻区M_S≥5的全部地震,用σ_(SK)(A)测定了它们的震级M_(SC),结果表明,M_(SC)与美国NEIC用世界标准台网测定的震级M_(SZ)之间无系统差,两者的差值大部分在±0.2级之间。
The calibration functions σ_(763)(△)for long period seismograph and σ_(SK)(△)for SK seismograph have been derived on the basis of the theory of surfave wave propagation.These calibration functions are consistent with the common use calibration function recommended by IASPEI in the range 20°—160°, and have much greater usable range 3°—177°, than IASPEI's one.
The surface wave magnitude Msc of earthquakes with. M≥5 occurred in China and its surrounding for 1985—1986 have been determined using calibration function σ_(SK) (△).The result shows that there is no systematic difference between the M_(SC) and M_(SZ) determined by NEIC using the data of WWSSN, and most of the difference between M_(SC) and M_(SZ) are in the range +0.2 magnitude unit.
