烟草丛顶病中间寄主测定 被引量:2

Identification of Intermediate Host of Tobacco Witches' Broom Disease

摘要 采用饲毒烟蚜(MyzuspersicaeSulzer)和汁液摩擦传毒的方法,对22种烟蚜田间常见的中间寄主进行接种,接种后7d,用无毒烟蚜接种中间寄主饲养2d后回接到健康烟株。观察烟株是否发病。经多次重复试验,最终确定小酸浆(PhysalisangulataL)和龙葵(DaturastramoniumL)为烟草丛顶病的中间寄主。采用汁液传毒中间寄主并用蚜虫回接烟苗未出现发病症状。 22 plant species of field common intermediate host for tobacco aphids were inoculated by means of viruseinfected tobacco aphids feeding and succus friction spreading.After one weak of inoculation, virusfree tobacco aphids were inoculated with the intermediate host plants mentioned above for 2 days,then reinoculated the healthy tobacco plants and the disease incidence of the tobacco plants was investigated.Through many repeated experiments physalis angulata L. and Datura stramonium L were finally identified as the intermediate hosts for tobacco witches' broom disease.The tobacco seedlings were not infected by succus friction spreading virus to intermediate hosts and aphids reinoculation.
