摘要
本文具体阐述了按五库设计区域信息系统的思路。各库的建立近年来在我国已有一些实践基础,通过区域系统将五库有效地组成统一大系统,在功能上将会超过任何部分库的组合,进而在很大程度上满足日益增加的区域实践和理论研究的需求。
This thesis expounds the train of thought to design the region-al information system on the basis of 5 banks and point out that through regional system combine 5 banks into a large United Sys-tem, which will have outstanding function and greatly meet the needs of regional practice and theoretical study.
