摘要
介绍了用硝铵炸药对氧化铝厂碱槽进行爆炸 ,消除焊接残余应力的实践 ,论述了爆炸消除焊接残余应力的工艺和施工方法。测试结果表明 ,爆炸法消除焊接残余应力效果明显。
The practice to remove welding residual stress for the vessels of an alumina refinery by AN FO explosions is introduced . It includes the technologies and implementation methods in the explosion .The results show that the explosion remarkably removes welding residual stress.
