摘要
一个国家经济发展的源泉是持续增长的生产力 ,而这需要包括公司在内的各经济主体对各种经济资源的最优配置和最佳制度安排 ,其中公司治理是关键。本文从公司治理入手 ,基于公司治理与企业价值的关系 ,分析了公司治理与经济发展之间的内在联系 ,并进一步给出了改进公司治理 ,促进国家经济发展的一般思路。本文的主要结论是 :公司治理的改进对经济发展的贡献表现在 :增加了公司投资融资的国内和国外的资金来源 ,降低了公司的融资成本 ;极大地减少了真实投资资源的浪费和错误配置 ,提高了资源配置的效率 ,从而促进了生产率的增长。
Continuous development of productivity is the source of the development of the economy in a country. But it needs the best arrangement of economic resources by bodies such as companies, among which the arrangement of companies is the key point. The relation between the arrangement of companies and the economy development is analysed in this essay. Some suggestions on the improvement of the arrangement of companies and the development of the country, The conclusion is that the contributions from the improvement of companies to the economy development are 1)increase of the investment domestic and abroad, and the decrease of accepting investment;2)improvement on the efficiency of the productivity by decreasing the waste of real investment and fault arrangement.
