摘要
简述了磁变流耦合轮对的设计方案。建立了磁变流耦合轮对转向架车辆的动力学计算模型。利用数值模拟方法对转向架的动力学性能进行了动态仿真计算。通过对传统固定轮对转向架、独立车轮转向架、磁变流耦合轮对转向架动力学性能的分析比较,认为合理选取转向架前后轮对的耦合度可以有效提高转向架的动力学性能。
A design scheme of Magnetorhelogically coupled wheelsets is described. A dynamic calculating model of vehicle with coupled wheelsets is established. The dynamic responses of the bogie with coupled wheelsets are calculated with a numerical simulation method. By comparing dynamic performance of bogies with traditional fixed wheelsets, independently rotating wheels and Magnetorhelogically coupled wheelsets,the paper concludes that the use of Magnetorhelogically coupled wheelsets with a reasonable level of coupling can improve dynamic performance of the bogie effectively.
