摘要
采用倒拖法对SOFIM814 0高速车用柴油机的机械损失功率及其分配进行了试验研究。研究结果表明 ,摩擦损失功率约占整机机械损失功率的 6 0 0 % ,其中活塞连杆组的摩擦损失功率占整个摩擦损失功率的5 0 0 %。对该型柴油机的机械损失功率进行了预测 。
In this paper,the total mechanical loss and its distribution of the SOFIM 8140 high speed automotive diesel engine are analyzed The mechanical losses are measured by the motoring method The results show that the friction loss is about 60% of the total mechanical loss and the sum of the friction losses between pistons,piston rings and cylinder wall is 50% of total friction loss The measurement and study of mechanical loss of the engine provide the basis for further intensification of engines
