摘要
基于颗粒度指数的原理 ,建立了一种应用国产JFS型谷物粉碎机测定玉米硬度的新方法。当采用刀片间距为 0 .75mm、筛片孔径2mm、粉碎时间 6 0s、试样重量 2 0g、筛选器的筛网孔径 30目 ,以及筛选器启动后按程序正转 1min、反转 1min的工作参数时 ,其硬度测定分辨率优于国内报道的其他玉米硬度测定方法。对 9种玉米样品的硬度测定结果表明 ,颗粒度指数与表征玉米硬度的角质胚乳的含量以及玉米籽粒在密度为 1.2 75g/mlNaNO3 溶液中的沉降率之间具有显著的相关性。
Based on the principle of Particle Size Index, a new method for corn hardness determination was worked out by means of a JFS micro grain pulverizer (cutter/hammer type). The results indicated that with such working parameters of the pulverizer as cutter clearance 0.75mm, screen perforations 2 mm, grinding duration 60s and sample weight 20 g, and such working parameters of the sifter as 30 meshes/inch, 1 min for clockwise and counterclockwise rotation respectively, the resolution of the new method proved higher than the method available presently in China. The particle size index of the nine samples of domestic corn determined significantly correlated with their grain vitreousness and the percentage of the kernels sunk in a sodium nitrate solution with a specific gravity of 1.275 g/ml.
