摘要
试验采用在基础日粮中分别添加 0 ,5 ,10 ,15g/t的叶酸 ,以探讨叶酸对母猪繁殖性能的影响及其适宜的添加剂量。试验结果表明 ,与不添加叶酸的A组相比 ,添加了叶酸 5 ,10 ,15g/t的B、C、D 3个组产仔总数和产活仔数均有明显的提高 ,且差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;而 3个组之间的产仔总数和产活仔数差异均不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。仔猪初生窝重只有D组比A组提高 6 .6 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,B、C组与A组差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。添加叶酸的各组哺乳母猪的体损耗和仔猪断乳时窝增重明显增加 (P <0 .0 1) ;但仔猪平均个体增重各组之间差异均不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。由此说明 ,日粮中添加叶酸可以改善母猪的繁殖性能 ,当添加量为 5g/t时就能够满足高产母猪对叶酸的营养需要。
and 15g/t of folacin were added into basic ration to study the effects of folacin on the reproductive performance of sows and its appropriate level. The results showed that the total litter size and live litter size were obviously increased with the addition of 5 (Group B), 10 (Group C) and 15 g/t (Group D) of folacin, compared with 0 g/t (Group A). There were no significant differences in the total litter size and live litter size between the Groups B, C and D ( P >0.05). Only the starting weight of the piglets in Group D was increased by 6.6% compared with that of the piglets in Group A ( P <0.05), but the differences between the Groups A,B and C were not significant ( P >0.05). In the folacin supplemented groups, the body depletion of the sows and the litter weight of the weaning piglets increased ( P <0,01), but the differences of average live weight gain between the groups were not significant ( P >0.05). It suggested that folacin could improve the reproductive performance of sows and an addition of 5 g/t folacin could meet their nutrition requirement.
