摘要
1994年从日本引进的SD大鼠种群 ,本身携带有金黄色葡萄球菌 ,不符合我国SPF动物的等级要求 ,为使之符合我国三级动物的要求 ,通过剖腹产手术进行净化 ,并用SPFWistar大鼠为保姆代乳。成功剖腹孕鼠 35只 ,选取活仔 115只 (每只母鼠选仔 4— 6只 ) ,经过扩大繁殖 ,目前已为 180只生产母鼠 ,4 0只生产雄鼠的生产群。经过 4年共18次的微生物检测 ,不但去除了金黄色葡萄球菌 ,而且 ,各项微生物检测指标均符合我国SPF大鼠的等级标准。
Objective The S D rats are introduced into on our animals centre from Japan in 1994. They had been breed in barrier system. But the staphylococcus aureus are carryed on the S D rats. For this reason, the S D rats were not accord with the standard of SPF rats in China. We sucessfully cleansed the S D rats by cesarotomy in 1997, the SPF Wistar rat mothers took the place of S D rats mothers as murses. We successfully have cleansed 35 pregnant S D rats, 115 young animals have be obtained by cesarotomy. The staphyloccocus aureus are not carryed on the cleansed animals from 1997 year to 2001 year. The cleansed animals are accorded with the standard of SPF rats in China.
