摘要
目的 : 克疣 (LK植物液 )是从天然植物科学方法提取 ,能阻止带有HPV的棘细胞层的增生及抑制分裂 ,但是不损伤未感染HPV的细胞。我们观察其治疗尖锐湿疣疗效。方法 : 克疣涂于被感染处 1日 3次 ,可用棉花或纱布醮LK植物液敷贴 ,每次 10～ 15分钟。结果 : 近期治愈率 92 %～ 96 % ,无效率7%～ 8% ,复发率 4 %～ 6 %。结论 : 克疣治疗尖锐湿疣 ,治愈率高 ,复发率低 ,毒性低 ,无副作用。可以用于孕妇及儿童患者。
Objective:To assess the efficacy of LK plant extract (Keyou) in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum (CA).Methods: Keyou lotion was applied on the lesions with cotton wool, 10 to 15 minutes per time, three times daily. For larger lesions, compression method was used.Results: The short-term cure rate of Keyou was 92%～96% with a recurrence rate of 4%～6%. Conclusion : Keyou is very effective in the treatment of CA with a high cure rate and low recurrence rate, and can be safely used for pregnant women and children with CA due to low toxicity and no side effects.
