摘要
本文详细介绍了低温电铸工艺研制复合片及其石油取心钻头的研制,阐述了为提高复合片石油取心钻头经济指标的诸钻头参数设计的理论基础。
Polycrystalline diamond compacts (PDC) are a new kind of superhard material developed after synthetic diamond monocrystals. It is the first time to impregnate PDC bits and PDC petroleum coring bits by means of low-temperature electroplating technology in China. PDC is poor in thermosta-bility, generally less than 700℃ , therefore,experts in bits all over the world have been trying to find a new way to impregnate PDC petroleum coring bits with the low-temperature (normal temperature) technology. It can be said that the development of PDC petroleum coring bits by low-temperature electroplating technology is a new invention. The technology not only prevents the PDC from heat damage to the greatest extent, But also presents high soldering strength of the PDC. The present paper also introduces the theory base for the design of bit parameters in order to improve the economic targets of the PDC petroleum bits, such as back rake, side rake, the exposure height and arrangement of PDC. The design shows satisfactory results in the test.
