摘要
本文简要介绍城市防洪与城市发展的关系 ,说明城市防洪必须首先做好规划 ,并以实例作分析与说明 ;对做好城市防洪提出几点意见与建议。
The paper briefly introduces the relation of the urban flood-control and the urbandeve- lopment, and describes that the urban flood-control must firstly be to do a better planning. It analyzes and explains by examples.It also points out some opinions and suggestions for doing a better urban flood-control.
