摘要
当哈尔滨市进行大规模的基础建设 ,“两轴四环十二射”路网格局已初具规模时 ,陡坡路段的使用状况却未引起有关部门的关注。本文从路网整体效率的发挥和行车安全等角度分析了陡坡路段的重要性及其对交通的影响 ,分析了陡坡路段路面破损的原因 ,并从建设与管理两个方面提出了改善陡坡路段行车条件的措施。
When the large scale of infrastructures is made in Harbin City and the road network pattern of 'Two Axes, Four Ring Roads and Twelve Radiation Roads' has the primary scale, but the using status of steep slope road section is not be attracted the attention of the relevant department. The paper analyzes the importance of steep slope road section and its influence on the traffic from the angles of the integral efficiency elaboration and travelling safety etc. of the road network. It also analyzes the cause of the damage of the steep slope road section. It puts forward the measures for improving the travelling conditions of the steep slope road section from two aspects such as construction and management.
