摘要
用气质连用仪分析了刚果12号桉树根及根际区土壤中化感物质的成分。检测鉴定出根部61个组分、根际土壤75个组分的化学物质。根部与根际土壤的化学组分中,有16个[即1-(1,1-二甲基乙基)-2-甲基-1,3-丙二酰基-2-甲基丙酸酯、甲基萘、2-甲基-十六醇、2-辛基-苯酸酯、3-甲基-二十一烷、桉叶油醇、杜松烯、十二烷、十九烷、二十一烷、二十七烷、十八酸酯、联苯、蒽、芴、氧芴]是相同的。根际土壤中的这些组分很可能主要来源于刚果12号桉的根部。在叶片中含量很高的特有组分桉叶油醇在根部和根际土壤中也都有检出。分析结果表明,刚果12号桉根部和土壤环境中确实存在化感物质,但其作用机理尚待进一步研究。
Identification of potential allelopathic substances in the root of and rhizosphere soil under Eucalyptus12ABL were made with gas chromotagraph-mass spectrometer.Some 61and75components were determined respectively from the root and rhizosphere soil sam ples.Of which16were in common,e.g.,methylnathaphalene,eudesmol,anthracene,hep ta cosane,3-methyl-eicosane,biphenyl,cardynene,dibenzofuran,fluorene,dodecane.Eudesmol has been found from root tissue of Eucalyptus12ABL and its surrounding soil,apart from leaves of Eucalyptus12ABL as discovered in our other analysis.Allelopathic substances like organic acids and aromatics are considered potential sources of allelopathic effect of the eu calyptus species.Their active mechanism and environmental processes must be further stud ied in relation with the lower biodiversity status in the Eucalyptus12ABL forest plantation in Hainan Province.
