摘要
为了将台站地形变测量资料更有效地用于地震预报,本文提出了处理台站地形变测量资料的一套系统的方法。这一系统方法包括由测量、数据处理到预报地震的多个环节,从而构成了一个“测报”动态系统。该系统具有信息反馈功能,初步形成了自身优化的多层次的良性循环,不断对各子系统、各元素进行优化组合寻找系统的最佳输出。文中给出了初步应用结果。
In this paper, a systematic method of processing stationary geodetic deformation data is given in order to use them effectively for earthquake prediction. The systematic method includes several links and forms a called 'surveying-predicting' dynamic system. It consists of six subsystems named as surveying system, data preprocessing system, data predicting system, extrapolation correcting system,earthquake predicting system and prediction correcting system. The dynamic system has the function of information feedback and can get on a self-optimizational benign multicirculation. According to the theory of system engineering, owing to the optimizing combination of the subsystems and their elements, the best output can be obtained. The primary applied results are given in the paper.
