文章介绍了新西兰自20世纪80年代末以来所实施的学校自主(学校本位)管理政策,包括中、小学校行政管理的历史传统、政策变革的缘起与理念、学校自主管理的政策内容与制度设计。
This article aims to introduce the schoolbased management (SBM) policies which have been implemented since the end of 1980s in New Zealand, including the tradition of schools management, the factors and ideologies which have shaped the new SBM policies, and the content and system design of the new SBM policies.
