摘要
力量训练在篮球运动员的整个训练中占有重要的地位。发展力量训练要遵循全面发展、共同作用和系统训练 3个原则。对篮球运动员一般力量、专门力量和专项力量的训练手段和训练安排进行分析 。
Strength training plays a vital role in the training of the basketball players. To carry out strength training,three principles that include all around development,cooperation and systematic training should be followed. This paper analyzes training methods and arrangement of general strength,specific strength and event related strength and puts forth concrete ways of the implementation.
